Versatility

Cuplok is a universal system for constructions of any complexity. It is used as supporting scaffolding for monolithic or prefabricated reinforced concrete structures, as well as on facades with a complex configuration.

Uniqueness

A unique design element of Cuplok is a cup system at a distance of 0.5 m from each other, which makes it possible to quickly and firmly connect the diameters in all directions and at any angle.

Speed

From 250 to 300 sq. M. facade scaffolding for 4 workers per shift, from 8 to 13 cubic meters. supporting or working scaffolding for 1 worker per hour.

CUPLOK system can be used as a support system for monolithic or prefabricated reinforced concrete structures, and for the creation of large working platforms and movable and stair towers.

CUPLOK system consists of vertical props, horizontal joists, diagonal braces, adjustable heels, crowns and other accessories.

The constructions are assembled as separate elements joined together via vertically and horizontally oriented special node elements.

Due to unique method of attaching props to horizontal units through a special fastener, and a large range of components and their sizes, the system represents an answer to complex scaffolding and supporting structure needs.

CUPLOK system is manufactured of S355 structural-grade steel (hot galvanized) described in EN10025 European standard. Its minimal yield strength is 355mPa (millipascal), minimal breaking stress is 510 mPa. It is 20% lighter than the traditional steel.

Pole load is up to 74 kN due to rigidity of connection unit and use of high-hardness steel. However, the profile of tubular details is similar to that of standard scaffolding. Bearing capacity does not depend on the construction height: is it up to 100 m for working scaffolds and up to 20 m for supporting ones.

The unique element of Cuplok construction is a system of cups located with 0.5 m spacing, which gives a possibility to connect crossing elements at any angle and in all directions. The uniqueness of this cup-joint is in that this system can resist bending moment. To joint parts together it is enough to blow them one time with the hammer.

The system of components fast joint gives a possibility to reduce costs and installation time. It makes possible for four workers to assemble from 250 to 300 m2 of facade scaffolding per a shift or for one worker to assemble from 8 to 13 m3 of supporting or working scaffolding per hour;

It is equally appropriate to be used as a supporting construction or for an access provision. Appropriate for facades with complex geometry.
