Due to its rigidity and universality, MANTO wall formwork is suitable for performing the most complex tasks. Aligning locks joint panels tightly; this type of joint allows to relocate cards of large size.
Board dimensions and a possibility to combine them provide accurate match of MANTO formwork with the construction, which it is erected for. All boards in any position are combined with each other, both horizontally and vertically, with their vertical or horizontal displacement. The construction and its used profiles are the same for all boards. All the boards are outlined with framing profile and have perforated rib stiffeners with orifices for attaching elements with the spacing of 30 cm.
Angle areas of boards which are under the largest load, are enforced with the gusset plate of 6 mm thick. Bottom framing profile has a special lever-type edge, which sufficiently facilitates perfect alignment of boards (by a crowbar of a nail puller) after their installation with the crane.
